01. Meet the Team

Building a custom home can be a fairly lengthy process, so it's important that you trust (and actually like!) the team helping you through it all. We love helping clients build their custom homes, and our experienced team is here for you every step of the way.

02. Architecture & Design

This is the fun part! You tell us your wants and needs for your new home, and we'll work with you to design the floorplan accordingly. We start with a rough sketch, then create the full rendering and plan for your new custom home.

03. Project Bidding & Contract

Using the design and layout you decided on, we'll figure out finishes and put together a total cost. From there, we'll build a contract that lists individual budgets for each trade and aspect of the home.

04. Construction Launch

It's finally time to break ground! Everything is in order, contracts are signed, permits are obtained, and the work on site begins. Get ready to watch it built from the ground up!

05. Build & Finish

The build has started! We'll take everything that we've talked about and put it all together. At this point, you can just sit back and watch it all go in- Flooring, paint, fixtures, countertops, everything. Every week, something new and exciting will get brought in or built!

06. Move In

Your custom home is complete and ready to move in! Schedule your movers, pack up your boxes, and get settled in. Congratulations!
